Orders and Shipping

As of now, we aim to process and ship your order(s) on 10th of July as part of our launch pre-ordering. Delivery times may vary by location:

Malaysia: 3–5 business days
Other regions: Shipping coming soon!

Before your order is shipped, you can update your address by logging into your account or contacting our support team. Once shipped, address changes are not guaranteed.

Currently, we are accepting preorders to be shipped within Malaysia. International shipping will be launching soon — stay tuned!

Most orders are shipped in one package. However, depending on product availability or warehouse location, items may occasionally arrive separately.

Returns and Exchanges

We currently only accept exchanges for faulty or damaged items. If you’ve received a product with defects or quality issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

Note: We are unable to process returns for change-of-mind purchases at this time.

We’re sorry! If you received an incorrect product, please contact our support team within 7 days. We’ll arrange for a return and send you the correct item at no extra cost.

We take packaging seriously — but if something arrived damaged, please share a clear photo and your order number with our support team. We’ll make things right with an exchange or suitable resolution.

Once your return is approved by our team, we’ll provide the appropriate return address based on your location. Please wait for our instructions before mailing anything.
