Return & Exchange Policy

At Kings Cross London, we take pride in the quality of our products. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll make it right — within reason. Here’s how our exchange process works.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
Items are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery.
We do not offer refunds, only replacements for eligible products.
Exchanges are only applicable for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
2. How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, contact us at support@kingscrosslondon.uk with:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the product
Once approved, we’ll provide the return instructions, including the return address. Please do not send anything back without receiving confirmation from us.
3. Return Shipping
We’ll cover the cost of return shipping for approved exchanges.
Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.
For your peace of mind, we recommend using tracked shipping.
4. Processing Time
Once we receive the item and inspect it, your replacement will be shipped out within 3–5 working days. You’ll receive a new tracking number once it’s on its way.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept exchanges for:
Products that show signs of wear
Custom or personalised pieces
Items returned without original packaging
